Dynasty Golf & Country Club is closed on Mondays.
Except such Mondays that fall on public holidays, then the course is open for providing services.
Subject: Rules of Rental and Use of Golf Cart

The renters shall be responsible for any damage that occurs in all cases. |
| 2. |
In the case that the golfers give permission for caddies to be drivers,
the golfers shall be responsible for any damage that arises in that case. |
| 3. |
The golfers must strictly abide by the rules of golf course. |
| 4. |
The Company allows up to 4 persons to get on each golf cart, including caddie. |
| 5. |
In the event of damage caused to the golf cart, the rates of damages defined by the Company are subject to change with no need for the Company’s prior notice.
